Fixed

• Return HTTP 409 with PRINCIPAL_BUSY when PostgreSQL reports a lock conflict during authorization revalidation for collaborative document startup. A terminal conflict issues no session ticket and triggers no replay.
• Link the developer guides to Python SDK 0.1.1, which preserves explicitly requested OAuth scopes.

Verification

• Local release verification and both architecture builds passed.
• The installed SDK passed 53 HTTP/PostgreSQL test groups on each of Python 3.10 and 3.15. The release packages match the CI-tested artifacts.
• Four API-key browser cases passed against the exact release image. The regular browser suite finished with 331 passed and 269 conditional skips.
