Fixed
- Prevent false MCP Edit/Replace failures after confirmed durable storage by waiting for normal collaboration-room release during completion reads.
- Separate historical Create attempt errors from current processing state and retain specific error codes, correlation IDs and retry guidance.
- Explain incomplete delete previews with bounded source diagnostics and distinguish transient projection changes from permanent metadata gaps.
- Improve missing-path errors and selected-block guidance for large edit-target reads.
Verification
npm run verify:releasepassed, including the strict license gate, production build and CLI update/rollback checks.- Real local OAuth/HTTP/Playwright MCP acceptance: 17 steps passed. Installed Codex MCP-client acceptance passed against the same rebuilt image.
- Across both clients: 24 full replacements, two exact edits with idempotent replays and hash checks, and twelve delete previews passed.
- PostgreSQL regression tests cover source observation races, permission changes, ingestion recovery and confirmed-storage completion reads.
- The broader UI run exposed fixture configuration issues, corrected for the follow-up. The 62-case follow-up passed 43 and skipped 17 feature-gated cases; two existing Studio provider-notice cases still failed (detail disclosure and retry-button timing). Studio implementation and these tests are unchanged from v2026.11.1.2. A separate browser check after network idle passed disclosure and keyboard retry, including the successful provider response and completion of the checking state. The original automated pointer/timing cases remain failed; this is not a claim that the complete UI suite is green.
Incomplete source metadata intentionally continues to block unsafe deletion. No Knowledge-Sync is part of this release.
