What's changed
- Fixed dashboard layout persistence: removing, recovering, or adding platforms no longer reorders existing cards. Returning platforms restore their saved positions, while newly added platforms are appended without disturbing the current layout.
- Updated production dependency resolutions to clear high-severity audit failures and restore Docker image publishing.
