• Grid accounts for one scrollbar causing the other (a vertical scrollbar narrowing the grid enough to need a horizontal one, and vice versa) when reporting onScrollbarPresenceChange and when aligning scrollToRow/scrollToColumn/scrollToCell to the end, so the last row or column is no longer hidden behind a scrollbar. A Grid with a scrollElement no longer reports a vertical scrollbar, since its scroll element does the scrolling (NoyChan - #1901).
