Many anime are split into several seasons in Jellyfin but listed on Serializd as one long season. The Apothecary Diaries is a good example: Jellyfin shows a season 1 and a season 2, while Serializd, which follows TMDb, has one long season covering both. Watching season 2 in Jellyfin produced nothing on Serializd, because Jellyscribe asked for a season 2 that Serializd does not have and skipped the episode. Jellyscribe now recognises that shape and logs the episode to season 1 at its running number, so season 2 episode 1 lands on Serializd as episode 25. It only does this for shows Serializd keeps as a single season, and only when it knows exactly how many episodes the earlier seasons have, so a show Serializd simply has not added a new season for yet is still skipped rather than logged to the wrong episode.
