After introducing the modern version of XD-AntiSpy (no longer in its classic Windows XP XP-AntiSpy form), I've decided to offer two distribution variants: XD-AntiSpy and XD-AntiSpy Classic. I've brought both packages up to the same technical level (Build 4.11.100). The modern version, without any additional name tags, might offer extended plugin functionality (currently, the Debloater does). Both package versions are available exclusively in x64, and are being developed in parallel. It’s possible that one version may receive features from the other version earlier or later.

- Resolved: NewTabPageHideDefaultTopSites false value requested #50
- Added French language support #48
- Numerous other internal fixes
