Just released a private project: xD-AntiSpy 😎! It's a fork of the original, picking up where the last version left off. ✨ https://t.co/AfyGzHEtFw#xDAntiSpy #xpantispy #windows11 #windows #app #microsoft #privacy pic.twitter.com/wajGZtGLn5

New Feature: The "Accessibility Mode" is now available in XD-AntiSpy. It helps users easily distinguish between active and inactive settings with clear visual indicators, making it simpler to see which features are enabled or disabled. Originally available in XP-AntiSpy, this feature has now returned. This feature was available in version xd-AntiSpy 4.1, but I strangely forgot to activate it. To activate it, go to "Mode" and switch from Standard to Accessibility, or use the shortcut F2/F3.
- The navigation area from version 4.1 with tabs has been switched back to the classic menu layout.
- The toolDebloater plugin got a major upgrade. It now allows you to remove manually installed apps. By default, it runs an automatic scan for truly unnecessary pre-installed apps.
- Fixed a bug where switching to the "toolDebloater" plugin via shortcut could disable all other shortcuts.
- Addressed a few bugs in the German localization strings.
- Enhanced the update search functionality.
- Multiple bug fixes for Server 2019 and 2022
The awesome team at Deskmodder has kindly launched a survey on the interface design and whether it should receive a modern update. You can participate and cast your vote here: https://www.deskmodder.de/blog/2024/07/21/xd-antispy-jetzt-wieder-ganz-gewohnt-im-alten-style-und-als-test-in-moderner-ansicht/
I previously developed a concept featuring a modern UI inspired by Windows 10/11, which is available in the xd-AntiSpy_mGUI.zip asset. As of now, there are no plans to make this version official unless the Deskmodder survey changes everything and outvotes me 😺.
