The last stable version of XP-Antispy was 3.98-2. I am now continuing with version 4.0 (even though this is the very first public release of the app)
As I hinted before, I'll continue developing the app. In the pipeline for version 4.1 are localizations, and after some refactoring, the source will be released! Here’s an update that fixes numerous small bugs and brings improvements:
- Optimized setting for "Don't use personalized lock screen"
- Optimized setting for "Disable Gamer Mode (MSEdge)"
- Optimized setting for "Disable Bing Cloud content search"
- Added functionality like the original XP-AntiSpy to manually set and reset settings (Right-click on the settings)
- Added functionality like the original XP-AntiSpy to "Pin" descriptions (Right-click on the settings)
- Added function in the "Profiles" menu to copy/share your settings to the clipboard
- Added function in the "Profiles" menu to save settings as an image file and share on X/Twitter
- Extended plugin functionality for asynchronous execution
- Optimized logging
- UI enhancements and other slight adjustments to XP-AntiSpy with a modern touch
- Numerous other small bug fixes
The additions of minor builds such as -2, -3 denote smaller bug fixes within a release. Last update: July 6, 2024.
