🐝 FlyOOBE 3.0 - the comeback release

FlyOOBE is back, but this time much smaller, clearer and less interested in rebuilding half of Windows

Version 3.0 turns the old page-heavy setup assistant into a native, signature-driven Windows checklist. It shows what is currently configured, what differs from the recommendations and lets you change only the things you actually care about.

Personal choices are not judged, red does not mean broken, and nothing happens without confirmation.

FlyOOBE 3.0 does not replace Windows Setup. It gives you a shorter route through it

FlyOOBE 3.0 is now the only maintained edition.
The old Nightly build and Flyby11 Classic are no longer distributed separately. The Flyby11 upgrade path is built directly into FlyOOBE.
