What's Changed
This patch backports a Linux instance termination fix to stack v6 while retaining Agent v3. Stack v7 remains the latest major release.
Fixed
- Fix the Linux instance termination fallback that keeps desired capacity. It now passes
--no-should-decrement-desired-capacity, so the AWS CLI no longer rejects the request and the Auto Scaling group replaces the instance. Backport of #1899 by @WBrettDavis in #1902
