• Switch to using the cfg file in all packages
• When installing a linux package, use the correct system service to run the agent which is appropriate to that linux distribution (upstart on Ubuntu, systemd on RedHat, etc)
• Configuration files are automatically loaded if they appear in ., ~/.buildkite-agent, /usr/local/buildkite-agent, or /etc/buildkite-agent
