Initial release
The primary purpose is to use it for garbage_collection integration to automatically move scheduled events that fall on a public holiday by an automation blueprint.
This is currently hardcoded functionality in the garbage_collection, but as there is a number of different requirements for this, it becomes quite complicated and unreliable. The automation gives much more flexibility.
So with this release, I will make this functionality obsolete in garbage_collection and move towards a blueprint.
Said that this created a Home Assistant calendar with Pubic Holidays - that can be used in general, not only for garbage_collection.
