Allow entity_id change from Configuration/Entity Registry

Quick fix for issue #19
It is a quick fix - assuming the entity 'name' us unique, which is not 100% right.
A proper solution would require automatic unique ID generation.
My current understanding is, that it will mean moving the configuration from yaml into gui based integration. Not sure if this is wanted - I will be looking into it.
