• Fixed detect last version of W3M0d.
  Was detecting "8.9.0" newer than "8.10.0" (Ha Ha)
• Default path Changed in W3M0dP4tch32 installer.
  From auto to %ProgramData% (trying to escape directories that require admin privileges)
  My recommendation is not to install in a system directory, do it in a directory excluded from the antivirus.
• Added to W3M0dP4tch32 request for admin privileges, only if needed.
  Now, if W3M0dP4tch32 is in a directory that requires admin privileges, it will ask for permission or automatically switch to admin. (depending on user privileges and UAC settings)
