ciao 1.11.1 released with a fix for admin actions triggered on hover and Helm chart 2.x

Fix: Hovering over "Send test", "Check now" or "Check TLS" on /checks/admin ran these actions (e.g. sent test notifications) because Turbo prefetches links on hover. They are now buttons that send POST.
Note: /checks/check, /checks/tls/check and /checks/notifications/test (and their .json versions) now only accept POST; use curl -X POST.
Helm chart: now published to oci://ghcr.io/brotandgames/charts/ciao (2.1.1 deploys ciao 1.11.1).
The .tgz files were removed from the repository.
Chart 2.0.0 has breaking changes, see helm-chart/ciao/README.md before upgrading.
