Bug fixes

• When CheckIlluminaDirectory follows a tile definition in the CBCL data to a tile with no data, tool now gives the warning message The following tiles have no data for cycle that includes the cycle number (#874).

For developers

• The CbclReaderTest.java test now also accounts for empty tile handling (#874).
