A bug report for people having units in Fahrenheit, was submitted by @rccoleman. He also made the fix, which has now been merged in to the master, and this release.

It looks like all the temperature values coming from my Weatherflow are being interpreted as celsius and the converted to fahrenheit, even though they start in fahrenheit. For example, the current temperature is 49.1F, but it's being reported as 120.7F in sensor.smartweather_temperature. 49.1C is 120.7F.
