Ghost FTP 0.99.21 — Windows WebView2 postmerge capture hotfix (Preview)

Previous source: v0.99.20. This edition cannot merge or release until the actual v0.99.20 GitHub release is published with all exact-source assets. Never rewrite existing tags.

Changes

• Preserve all native Tauri/WebView2 1290×852 QA screenshot gates. If the real WebView2 DevTools page target is temporarily absent, retry exactly once in a clean isolated app/browser session.
• Do not skip problematic views or bypass screenshot size, pixel, source hash, privacy, responsive viewport or state checks. Other failures still stop the build.
• Synchronize desktop/Android/macOS/Linux/Windows version metadata, release notes, updater targets and source lineage for 0.99.21.

Acceptance boundaries

• This is Preview only, not a production-signed release. Android bundles, macOS notarization and Windows signatures remain separate acceptance requirements.
• Real FTPS/SFTP feature parity, Ghost FTP Server functionality and all 75 concept-screen reviews are not retrospectively declared complete by this QA hotfix.
• Publish only once the predecessor release exists and all exact-HEAD GitHub Actions workflows, including Windows native build, are green.
