Changes

• Fix v8 reference screenshot diff counting: previously converting RGB differences to grayscale rounded very small single-channel changes to zero. Now count pixels through per-channel maxima, preserving exact equality, RGB MAE and size mismatch reporting.
• Add per-channel and exact-image Python regression tests and integrate them into the main quality workflow.
• Carry over the source-tested 0.99.15 Android filename glob hardening without changing its behavior.
• Update Rust/Tauri, Windows/Linux, Android, native/shared macOS, installer, updater and documentation version metadata.

Evidence and unresolved acceptance

• 30 Windows, 29 Linux and 16 Android concept references require actual same-state installed screenshots, not placeholder data. No screen is automatically accepted solely from an RGB metric.
• Native macOS has no supplied v8 reference mockups and issue #223 is open for identity-verified FTPS/SFTP.
• FTP/FTPS/SFTP E2E, Android emulator, Rust/Swift tests, Windows/Linux installers, shared macOS ARM/Intel packaging, localization, security checks and release integrity must pass at the exact source SHA before merge.
• This edition remains Preview; Windows Authenticode, Android Play signing and Apple Developer ID/notarization require independent production proof.
