Ghost FTP 0.95.47

• Adds cross-platform source inventory for Windows/Linux desktop Rust/Tauri/React, Android Kotlin and resources, macOS Swift, Go helper tooling and operational scripts.
• Reports advisory candidate modules/resources/scripts as CI JSON evidence, with regression tests for symbol matching, implicit OS entrypoints and symlink-safe traversal.
• Removes five uncalled legacy Puppeteer tests that rely on the removed dev:mock npm target, plus an obsolete icon preprocessing helper, and prunes the now-unused Puppeteer development dependency. No production modules are removed.
• Retains existing Rust/TypeScript reachability, Android shrinker/lint, SwiftPM and native Go verification requirements; does not remove unverified production code.
• Preserves user profiles, settings, keys, database migration history, backup compatibility, Brendigo branding and release/update history.
• Not FINAL: real target-device/runtime coverage and cross-platform candidate validation are not replaced by this static inventory. Require every CI gate on the final PR SHA before merge or publication.
