Ghost FTP 0.30.14 — Premium brand foundations

This source update applies the supplied premium Ghost FTP branding to live platform UI assets and design tokens.

• Windows/Linux: source-derived branded executable/installer icons and deep navy canvas, muted panels, electric-blue hierarchy, focused file workspace and refreshed SVG ghost-mark framing.
• Windows/Linux reference sidebar now exposes real Terminal (SFTP-only), Commands and Duplicates quick tools, with compact-rail responsive styling and disabled-state handling.
• Android: matching color resources, launcher vector icon, primary card, status and navigation palette. On standard phone widths, the premium 88 dp navigation rail is now permanently docked; ultra-narrow phones retain the overlay. Instrumented UI and contract assertions cover both modes.
• macOS: source-derived Finder/Dock icon, matching SwiftUI sidebar/canvas and action tint without replacing platform interactions. The persistent sidebar now renders the actual bundled application icon beside the Ghost FTP wordmark.
• Shared brand specification and release acceptance checklist in docs/product/PREMIUM_BRAND_2026.md.
• Historical release recovery command invocation repaired so the 0.30.11 and 0.30.12 artifacts can be recovered from their original validated source commits rather than rebuilt or mislabeled.

No mockup screenshots are used as interactive backgrounds; illustrated example data remains outside production.

Release status: implementation submitted for exact-head QA. It is not considered published until all six gates pass and verified GitHub Release assets exist. Known macOS limitation: real FTPS/SFTP file operations remain disabled, Preview is not notarized.
