This is an experimental build for x86-64 v4 CPUs of GCC 15.2.0 (POSIX threads) + MinGW-w64 13.0.0 MSVCRT.

To check if your CPU is compatible run:

cpuid_tool --feature-level

The cpuid_tool.exe tool (part of libcpuid) is also made available here for download.

This build was compiled with GCC compiler flags -fno-ident -march=x86-64-v4 -mno-avx.

The reason for this release is to collect information about possible performance improvements.
