Boost for Reddit

Changes

• Prevents cached and freshly refreshed Active subreddits rows from being displayed as two sections in Boost Search.
• Tracks injected discovery rows by the stable Search activity and removes only the exact row identities owned by Morphe.
• Adds a deterministic regression contract to the permanent release gate, covering the former mutable-list-key failure and 10,000 cache/refresh mutation cycles.

User impact

Boost Search now keeps a single Active subreddits section when cached results are shown immediately and Reddit's fresh active-community results arrive asynchronously. Existing navigation, Search labels, community metadata, icons and normal query behavior remain unchanged.
