Boost for Reddit

Changes

• Added the Custom Synccit URL patch.
• Added the synccit-url option for configuring a self-hosted Synccit-compatible API endpoint.
• Replaced Boost's discontinued hardcoded Synccit endpoint for authentication, read-state uploads, and read-state retrieval.

User impact

Users with a self-hosted Synccit-compatible server can now synchronize read state between Boost and other Synccit clients.

The complete endpoint URL must be configured in the patch option, including /api.php.

The implementation was verified against a real self-hosted server for both read and write synchronization.
