Changes

• Restored Home tab reselection behavior.
• Tapping the already-selected Home button now invokes Boost's existing Go to top action.
• The canonical five-button bottom navigation remains unchanged.

User impact

Users can tap Home while already viewing the Home feed to return directly to the top.
