Boost for Reddit
Changes
- Replaces the unstable mixed native/legacy bottom-navigation behavior with one Morphe-owned five-destination navigation surface for Home, Search, Navigation, Inbox, and Profile.
- Keeps the selected destination, icon contrast, labels, and routing stable when moving between Home, subreddits, search, navigation, inbox, and profile screens.
- Corrects portrait and landscape system-inset handling so the native Home/New toolbar remains visible below the status bar.
- Removes the landscape display-cutout side strip and black box while retaining the correct light or dark theme surface.
- Preserves the existing V10014 menu ownership and route contract while limiting the final change to the remaining layout and cutout regressions.
User impact
Boost now keeps the same usable bottom navigation across the affected screens instead of losing buttons, dimming icons, clipping the top toolbar, or exposing a black cutout region after navigation and rotation. Both portrait and landscape layouts retain the correct system-bar spacing and theme-aware surface without changing the five locked destinations.
