Bug Fixes

• Boost for Reddit: target SDK 35 compatibility now declares POST_NOTIFICATIONS so completed download notifications remain visible on Android 13+.

Tested:

• Dev build targetSdk 35
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS present in installed package
• completed download notification posts on 81_downloads_completed_channel
• release MPP contains classes.dex and extensions/boostforreddit.mpe
