Boost for Reddit

Changes

• Load threads with many deleted comments quickly when automatic undelete is on, instead of hanging and blocking the app (#219)
• Make undelete fall back to Reddit's own content when the archive is slow, empty or unreachable
• Make turning off "Prefer high refresh rate" take effect

User impact

Threads with lots of removed comments open in seconds with undelete enabled, archive problems no longer break subreddits, media or Imgur albums, and the high refresh rate setting can be turned off.
