Boost for Reddit

Changes

• Retain a bounded 30-second ExoPlayer back buffer so backward seeks can reuse recently played media instead of reloading it.

User impact

Rewinding recently played Boost videos no longer reloads the already played section. The fix preserves ExoPlayer's original keyframe-retention policy so retention remains bounded by the configured back-buffer behavior.

Issue: #188.
