Temporary test bundle for Issue #41.
This is not a normal Morphe patch release.
It adds the Boost patch "Custom Synccit URL", allowing a tester to
replace Boost's discontinued Synccit endpoint with a self-hosted
Synccit-compatible endpoint.
The issue remains open until testing against a real server is complete.
