Boost hotfix 15
Changes:
- Fixes inline Giphy preview layout state reuse.
- Restores RelativeLayout params when comment view holders are rebound, preventing action bars from appearing in the wrong place after scrolling/reloading.
- Keeps escaped Giphy anchor cleanup for comments where Boost stores HTML as escaped <...>.
- Keeps existing Boost hotfixes from previous bundles.
