Long time no see! Been grinding. TL;DR: Fixes, Keyboard Overlay Navigation (Mirror of Gamepad Nav.), Soft Desktop App Re-design, More transparent install, Further Magpie Improvements, and more.

New / Re-added

Overlay

• Keyboard Navigation: Each Controller button can be bound to a keyboard key, useful if you have a controller with mappable buttons, or if you are a keyboard wizard, idk, I haven't really used it and haven't gotten much beta testing from people, so I'm not really sure how useful it is.
• Re-added the "Use OCR Result" for Overlay, this is an option to send results from OCR tab directly to overlay, this was causing issues for some, but was value added for others, so I added it back with an (Experimental) tag next to it.
• Added a new option for Manual Mode that lets you override the default behavior of focusing the overlay on hotkey.

Desktop App

• Soft Re-design, everything should be in pretty much the same spot, just nicer looking.
• First Install Wizard: There is now an up-front install dialogue showing what GSM is doing to finish install, with transparent status and everything, no more telling users to just wait and pray.
• Fixed and re-enabled the "Recycled Line Indicator", as well as only load the lines if that option is on in the overlay.
• Localization, completely AI, so there may be errors, but current available languages are English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Ukranian, and Spanish. Feel free to request other languages, I have a pre-written prompt to add more as needed.
• Updated names of many things to get rid of incorrect or technical terms. Texthooker Page -> Text Feed; Scene -> Game.

Fixes/Other

• Fixed various issues with the Unified Capture Scene. Also, if Game Capture is known bad, GSM will remove it automatically, so there is no extra work to keep checking it.
• Fixed the Overlay sometimes having a title bar at the top of the monitor it was running in, where you couldn't get rid of it without alt tabbing.
• More Magpie Compat simplification and fixes, it feels the best it's ever felt imo.
• Fixed an issue where if you had a line with only punctuation, GSM would match that as the line we mined.
• Attempted fix for some issues if you edited the Sentence in Anki Confirmation Dialogue (Furigana gen, subsequent cards)
• Probably some other things, but nothing major (i hope)
• Added auto-run overlay option to home page
• Home Status will now show the name of the websocket connection that is made (i.e. "LunaTranslator")

Downloads

Intel Mac builds are no longer provided. If you need GSM on Intel Mac, run it from source.
