i18n support for more languages
- Japanese, Spanish, French and Portuguese are now supported alongside Chinese and English: the UI dictionaries, command, settings and READMEs are fully translated, and English remains the fallback for any unsupported language. Language selection needs dsh 0.2.2+, whose client ships these language packs; the older supported lines keep the Chinese/English selector.
- The plugin's npm metadata now carries a native title and description in each supported language for the plugin manager.
Delegations join the fleet's Event Inspection
- Delegation edges of every agent family — plain Task subagents included — stream into the event list newest-first beside messages and reports, under a new Delegations chip that filters the timeline too.
- Each row previews the delegated task from the child session's prompt; opening one fetches the full brief and keeps the duty label, execution mode and route.

Task-filtered collaboration lanes no longer keep unrelated agents — filtering the fleet's Cross-Agent Collaboration timeline by a task now narrows the lanes to the agents that task actually touches, so agents outside the task disappear; quiet participants of the filtered task stay visible, and the quiet-lanes toggle no longer appears while a task filter is active.
Windows paths display natively in the file activity card — Windows paths now use backslashes, the workspace root abbreviates to ., only the filename is bold, and the relative and absolute spellings of one file fold into a single row instead of two.
Delegations no longer vanish on newer harness catalogs — the fleet reads subagent/catalog records by shape rather than payload version, so a new catalog version cannot silently drop every delegation, and the v3→v4 migration's mode-less records surface as delegations instead of being discarded.

Agent networks paint immediately — the forest measures its stage before the first paint instead of waiting for the resize observer, so a 147-child family now paints 13 banded cards on the first frame instead of laying all 148 cards into one 34k-px strip.
Event rows carry both parties' colors — the fleet's event inspection keeps the sender hue on each row's left edge and the receiver hue on the right, through hover and open states.
