Features

Rework TTFT calculation methods aligning with dsh core. Adding rich text toolbar on the fleet tab for switching markdown displaying, searching, copying the text.

• Fleet messages and task reports carry the rich text toolbar

  • Message bodies, task briefings and replies open as Markdown by default, with a raw / Markdown switch and copy always at hand.
  • Find searches inside the rendered content and steps through every match, without leaving the fleet page.
  • The toolbar sits above the body and resets to Markdown when you switch events or tasks, so mode and find state never carry over.

• Click-driven jumps glide smoothly and land exactly

  • Selecting a timeline item, event, agent or task scrolls smoothly, then keeps re-aligning until the scroller settles, so an interrupted or shifted glide still ends on the right row.
  • prefers-reduced-motion keeps those jumps instant, as do session restore, live-tail and virtual-window jumps.

Fixes

• TTFT matches the harness's first-token anchor (#229) — the wait/decode boundary and the decode, reasoning, text and tool-argument buckets now start at the first non-empty delta, so "Model wait" agrees with the harness session stats.
• A plugin capability appearing or disappearing no longer reorders hooks, which could blank a panel slot or white-page the shell.
