What's New

Changes

  • Session-list payload slimmed another −67%; first session-tree paint −180ms or more.
    • After v0.81.1 removed the header epochs, the list row still carried 1.76 MB of plugin values (55% of the payload) — the slim timeline head plus the daily activity ledger, which nothing on the session tree reads. Both units now declare wire.summary: false: measured on the same 1,086-session workspace, the list payload dropped 3.17 MB → 1.05 MB (−67%), server list time 0.78 s → 0.50 s (−35%), the browser's first tree paint 1.66–1.75 s → 1.48 s, and boot API bytes 3.4 MB → 1.37 MB (−60%).
    • The values moved to where they are read: the insights page now fetches its cross-session aggregates through a new batched dsh-context/snapshot route — one POST per page open plus a poll while it is mounted, the same cached-row staleness class the list rows carried; the fleet's member cards and the stats cards fill through their pre-existing on-demand head fetches; the opened session keeps its live push values. Verified in the browser after the change: the insights KPIs, the fleet member cards, and the context panel (including DNA mode and the collapsed browser groups) render byte-identical figures, on a 5,660-event session with an 8-subagent family as well as across everyday sessions.
    • The 0.2.0-rc.2+ and 0.2.1-rc.2+ registries ignore the summary mark and keep carrying both values in list rows, exactly as before.
