Fixes

• The cross-agent table scrolls inside its card
  • Long fleets no longer get clipped at the card height — 148 lanes scroll vertically with their labels kept in sync.
  • The inner table frame is gone: lanes now sit directly in the collaboration card.
  • Lane labels stay visible at the narrowest pane.
