This release adds the Command Executions panel with a summary rail, moves the supported dsh set to the 0.2.0 / 0.2.1 lines (the 0.1.x line is dropped — upgrade dsh first), reworks the Context panel entry preferences with a new Hide option, and fixes subagent history reads, page scrolling under the Context Browser, Fleet family edges, and more.

Features

  • Command Executions panel — a new full-width panel below Events / File Activity on the Context tab logs every shell and code-mode execution of the session: one running record per bash / pwsh / run_code tool call, settled by the tool result and refined by the 0.2.1 line's job events, with nested PTC dispatches buffered under their run_code root.

    • Rows show status, a workspace-stripped command preview, shape badges (lines / heredoc / inline / background) and the duration (marked ≈ when derived from envelopes). A row expands to the full command, its model-authored intent, exit / cwd / output facts and Copy; clicking a row's time stamp reveals the result message in the Context Browser.
    • Chips filter All / Failed / Slow / Background, and search reads command, description and cwd.
    • A summary rail beside the list: colored KPI blocks (settled runs, failed share, total time, background), an Attention section (Slowest / Failing / Repeats / Background) whose rows drive the list, and a Programs ranking of every program with its share of runs — the rail's own search included.
    • Past 100 matched rows the list is windowed, so a long log stays smooth; pre-0.2.1 logs degrade gracefully and background dispatches read honestly as running until a settlement lands.

  • dsh 0.2.0-rc.2+ / 0.2.1-rc.2+ supported, 0.1.x dropped — the supported set is now exactly the dsh 0.2.0 and 0.2.1 lines from rc.2; the 0.1.7 line is no longer supported. Please upgrade dsh to 0.2.0-rc.2 or newer before updating the plugin.

  • Context panel entry reworked, Fleet tab fixed (#194)

    • The placement preference becomes Context panel entry with explicit options: All / Tab / Sidebar / Hide. Hide mounts neither the conversation Context tab nor the right Sidebar panel; the Context Insights page, the Fleet tab and the /context modal stay reachable.
    • The Fleet tab hangs on its own Show/Hide switch: a sidebar-only Context panel no longer withdraws it.

  • Context Browser: filtered count and token total — every filter toolbar prints ×N ≈T beside its search input: the rows left by the text and kind filters plus their estimated token price, anchored to the category's whole-block meter total.

  • In-field clear button — every filter and search field across the cards (command panel, File Activity, Context Browser and the /context modal, Fleet members and tasks, overview, the rich-text find bar) shows a small × while it holds a value; one click clears it and keeps focus.

  • File Activity: "By lines" sort, now the default — files order by added + removed line churn (+100 / −20 ranks as 120; equal churn falls back to newest op), and the card opens on this sort.

  • Events: jump to the landed step — clicking a compaction or prune row exits the overview ribbon, pins the first step it contributed to, and opens it in the detail panel and Context Browser.

Fixes and changes

  • Subagent context browser loads the system prompt (#193) — history reads went out under a plain session address and were refused with session/agent-busy; they now resolve through the subagent's durable parent address, re-resolved per read so a retry heals a late address.
  • Page scrolling under a collapsed Context Browser (#187) — the vertical wheel chains to the page when the rows region has nothing to scroll; horizontal containment (history swipe) and the /context overlay's containment stay.
  • Fleet family tree excludes forked sessions — a dsh fork is an ordinary session, not a family child; it now roots its own family while subagents and team members display unchanged.
  • Fleet network canvas fills the stretched card — the graph no longer clips at the 560px fold while the card's lower half stays empty.
  • Programs attribution across shell dialects — assignments and variable fragments no longer mis-read as programs; POSIX shells and PowerShell are scanned dialect-aware with basename normalization.
  • Rail lenses reset when switching attention rows — a failed filter or stale search no longer stacks with the next row's lens; the rail's fixed sections hold their height with only Programs scrolling.
  • Answer chip counts only real replies — whitespace-only text blocks no longer inflate the Answer kind, so the chip agrees with the stats card's tally.
  • Overview hover and pin rules stay visible over ribbon bands — the hover and pin rule no longer vanishes behind the stacked bands.
  • Plugins page jump works on dsh 0.2.1 — the settings entries open the plugin's page through the harness's openBundle navigator verb instead of polling the DOM, so a remembered plugins.tab selection can no longer strand the jump.
  • Fold pairing map refuses the reserved __proto__ call id (#197 by @jeanlyn).
  • The watch build runs a lean profile that cuts the watcher's resident memory (idle ~187MB → 68MB); repo-wide comment trim; CI auto-closes issues and PRs older than 15 days; READMEs and screenshots updated.
