Features
- The Fleet tab rebuilt around one stable three-shape layout (#130)
- An overview strip (family stats with an adaptive progress bar), the Agent network beside the members and task boards at an equal 1:1 split — folding back to full-width stacking on a narrow pane — and the comms timeline below.
- The members board absorbs the roster: team members and plain subagents alike render as the same cards (identity, status, model, latest reply, live run figures), with one search/status/sort toolbar steering both sections; the standalone Fleet list card is gone.
- The task board becomes the family's work board
- Plain subagents join the board: each delegation reads as a task of its own — the prompt as the subject, the session state as the status, and the run's live figures (tokens · duration · steps, occupancy) on the row.
- One vertical, owner-grouped layout — roster members first, delegations in spawn order, the unowned pool last — with task search and status filters; the completion bar counts every row on the board.
- A task card opens into boxed sections — Task brief, Agent, Final reply — rendered through the context tab's Markdown renderer, with a raw/Markdown switch on every box and the report-back stamped with its time.
- One pick, every board follows
- Clicking an agent in the network, the members board, or a task row narrows the task board and the comms timeline to that agent; the pick chip (named, never a raw id) clears it, and an agent without tasks or traffic says so.
- Agent network polish
- Tighter network cards (a wider minimum, slimmer padding), the composition legend moved above the graph, and member icons sized down to the task cards' own scale.
Fixes
- The Fleet network card sizes to its own content beside the boards — a deep forest no longer clips behind the members column: the card's flex basis returns to its content (still stretching to meet the boards' bottom edge), and the cockpit row reads one level band at the 1:1 split.
Changes
- The network card's corner jump is gone: a card click selects (ring + cross-panel linkage) and the boards' own open buttons jump sessions; the select-mode copy no longer names an arrow.
- Task and comms cards cap at a default height — the task card's cap rides the network card's measured height — with scroll fades and thin scrollbars signaling cut-off content.
