Features

  • The Fleet tab is now the agent fleet's cockpit — five interlocking panels over one family derivation

    • The Agent network card splits in two: the live context graph on the left, and on the right an inspector that follows your cursor — identity badges, occupancy and composition, team membership and duty, owned tasks, model configuration, the delegation prompt (expandable), the agent's latest reply, and the messages it sent and received. Clicking a graph card still jumps into that session.
    • When the family leads an Agent Team (the harness's experimental plugin), the roster becomes a members board — one full card per teammate: a family-hue icon, role and lifecycle badges, the model it runs, its spawn-time duty description, its latest reply, and its live task count, which filters the task board to that owner.
    • The shared task board is a status-grouped list (in-flight first, ready ahead of blocked, done last) with dependencies inline: every blocker chip carries the blocker's own status dot, so "who waits on whom, and is it done yet" reads at a glance, and a chip click flashes the blocker's row. An inspector's task chip does the same.
    • The roster list names every agent in the family with text search, status filters, and five sort orders (spawn, context, duration, steps, recent activity); a row click pins the agent into the inspector and rings its graph node.
    • The comms timeline scans the family's session logs on demand and merges every inter-agent message into one view — team relays, historical mailbox deliveries, and the runtime's settled notices (localized, no more raw session ids in boilerplate) — with kind accents, per-agent filtering, and a staleness hint once a scanned session moves on. Sender and recipient names pin into the inspector.
    • Hover, pin, owner filter, and task focus are shared state: a roster row, a member card, a task owner chip, a blocker chip, and a comms party all steer the same inspector and each other.
    • Everything rides one new plugin route, /api/dsh-context/fleet, behind the same authenticated /api fence and the shared cold-read gate as the detail route; a harness without the experimental Agent Teams plugin simply never shows the team panels, and every payload is sanitized at the boundary.
  • The Fleet tab can hide behind a preference — the Plugins page's fleetTab preference gates the tab, re-evaluated live.

  • An events row reveals its injection's item — clicking an injection row in the context events list locates it in the browser.

  • Turn/step positions print as the compact T1 S9 across the browser and trend card.
