What's New

The Context Insights page gains a custom date range — a calendar picker beside the range presets that scopes the whole page to any two days (#128). The first range option now reads Today instead of the rolling "Last 24 hours" (#129), matching the day-granular ledger it actually scopes, and the Skill Loads card takes a name filter. The plugin info card's update notice moves to a line of its own, so a long version string can no longer ellipsize it away.

Features

• Context Insights: a custom date range beside the range presets (#128)

  • A fifth choice in the range group opens one calendar panel that takes both ends, in either order — pick the end before the start and the pair is sorted on the second click, so a backwards range is never an empty page. Clear hands the scope back to the preset range.
  • The trigger pill is the scope: it prints the live window — the picked range when one owns the scope, the preset's own window read as days otherwise — so "last 30 days" shows the thirty days it covers, and the two controls can never disagree. The picked dates live in that pill only; the panel reads no second copy of them.
  • A picked range now closes the top of the scope as well as the bottom: the ledger-day predicate gained the ceiling it never had, so a day past the end no longer leaks into the Skill Loads card, and both picked days count whole (midnight through the last millisecond).
  • The panel portals to <body> and seats itself off its trigger — the containment escape the page's hover tips already take — measures itself before paint, clamps inside the viewport, flips above the trigger when it would fall off the bottom, and retracts on scroll, resize, an outside press, or Escape. Both locales.

• Context Insights: the Skill Loads card filters by name

  • A case-insensitive substring filter rides the card's totals row, narrowing the rows, the summary counts, and the overflow line together. An empty match keeps the input mounted beside a zeroed summary and a dedicated no-match note.
  • The bars hold still while the filter narrows — they keep the scope's heaviest tally as their denominator instead of rescaling to whatever is left on screen.
  • A pinned skill the filter (or the render bound) hides still shows its detail head row, instead of leaving the pin unnamed.

• Context Insights: the first range option is Today, not the last 24 hours (#129)

  • The ledger it scopes is day-grained, so the rolling window and the day floor underneath it disagreed: past midnight "last 24 hours" still admitted yesterday's ledger day whole, and before 1am only part of it. "Today" is the local calendar day from midnight — the window the heatmap beside it already draws — computed by date-field arithmetic so it stays exact across DST-short and DST-long days, where subtracting epoch milliseconds drifts into the neighbouring day.
  • No longer guessing at "the last 24 hours" for anyone who only wants today's spend: at noon the rolling window still counted yesterday afternoon and evening, exactly as the request behind this change described.

Fixes

• The plugin info card's update notice gets a line of its own
  • It trailed the version inside the value box, and an ellipsis cuts the line last-in-first-out: measured in the live harness with English labels, the box overflowed by 29–44px and only ~15px of a 52px chip survived, at every version string tried. The chip is now a block that drops below, leaving the version its own ellipsis on the first line.

• build(tsdown): the inlined icon SVG loses its inter-tag whitespace
  • The raw-markup loader now trims the markup and closes the gaps between tags before it is inlined, shrinking the published client bundle.
