What's New

The Context Stats panel is rebuilt — a session flow diagram, a new Agent Network ledger, and several more stat cards that help both daily use and debugging read the session at a glance.

Features

• Context Stats card rebuilt as a session flow diagram
  • The six-cell grid becomes a left-to-right flow: the Input / Output source cards (human inputs plus the whole session's file reads, writes, searches, and image reads; Context Events broken down by kind) feed the highlighted Current Session node (turns / steps / subagents), which drains into the two effect cards — connected by measured bezier ribbons that flip to a top-to-bottom stack on narrow panes.
  • Tool Calls lists the three most-called tools with an overflow pill; Cost carries the family figure and, when a subagent subtree reports, the this-agent / subagents split.
• New Agent Network cost card
  • The flow's cost node is a three-row team ledger: the family's billed tokens and estimated cost in the header, then one row per scope — the current agent, and the whole subagent subtree with its session count — each pairing its billed tokens with the estimated cost.
  • The card shares its name with the big Agent Network card at the tab's foot (one i18n key, so the two can never drift), and clicking it scrolls the foot card into view.

• Session cache-hit and output speed on the cards
  • The token card's title row gains the session's cache-hit share — the harness chat line's own reads-over-billed formula; the timing card's throughput chip now reads 输出速度 N tok/s (zh) / TPS N tok/s (en) with the expansion on the tooltip.
• Find-in-text on the rich text detail cards
  • A ctrl+f-style lens scoped to one section: debounced query, in-place highlights (capped at 500 with a "+" counter), Enter / Shift+Enter or chevrons cycling the active match, Escape to fold — and the copyable source stays byte-identical.
• Occupancy percent at one decimal
  • The context occupancy reading now mirrors the kernel's own derivation on a 0.1 grid — a 101.6k / 1.0M session reads 10.2% instead of 10%; the Agent Network rings read the same helper.
• Insights: every card aggregates at the team scope (#120)
  • Each session card folds its whole subagent subtree into its billed tokens and estimated cost; the KPI band, last-7-days usage chart, heatmap, composition split, and the token sort all read the same family scope — with nothing counted twice, since subagent-origin sessions never list.
  • The card stats are renamed to "Total Tokens / Total Est. Cost"（Token 总用量 / 总预估费用），matching the Context tab's scope, so the same label no longer means two different numbers.
• Insights dashboard spans the pane's full width
  • The 960px content cap is gone; the dashboard uses the whole pane.

Fixes

• Host cold reads gated through one shared FIFO with a heap high-water mark (#121)
  • A large session's cold backfill, with a projection cache that never evicted, could push the host heap to 2.6–3 GB and FATAL; every cold read now serializes through one shared FIFO gate with a heap high-water mark.
• The /context modal docks between both shell sidebars
  • With the right Sidebar open, the mask was inset on the left sidebar alone and the dialog's right half slid underneath it; the mask now parses the frame template's trailing track (clamped) and the card resolves its width against the backdrop.
• Reveal scrolls through the ancestor that actually scrolls
  • On layouts where an outer container scrolls (the web app's conversation scroller), the Agent Network jump and the chat→context reveal silently no-op'd; the walk now requires scrollHeight > clientHeight, so the first ancestor that can actually move takes the rect delta.
• Insights usage chart day labels aligned
  • The chart's day labels line up with the columns again, and the title gets its breathing room.

Changes

• The Context Stats board's cache-hit cell is dropped — the same reading now lives on the token card's title corner.
