Install the dsh-context plugin on DeepSeek Harness with released NPM package:

Add DeepSeek platform balance in the Context Dashboard header (#80). When the harness's DeepSeek official provider is configured, the Context Dashboard header shows a quiet capsule with the live account balance read from the platform's own /user/balance endpoint — no more opening platform.deepseek.com just to check the funds. The API key never leaves the host process: the host resolves the credential exactly the way llm-deepseek serves its own requests and serves only the redacted figures to the browser.
- Every failure renders nothing: a deployment without the DeepSeek provider, without a resolvable key, without the route registry, or whose platform read fails (network, non-2xx, malformed payload) answers a typed null and the capsule simply stays off — no pill, no spinner, no error state.
- The tooltip carries the granted / topped-up breakdown; the entry follows the display locale (zh → CNY, en → USD), falling back to the account's own currency when it holds none.
- Reads are TTL-cached (5 minutes for a success, 60 seconds for a failure), so reopening the dashboard never hammers the platform.
