Add
- The Context Insights panel — a cross-session dashboard on the sidebar foot. Every session's insight without opening a single log: a range-scoped KPI band (active sessions, tokens used, cost, cache hit, tool calls, active time), a GitHub-style activity heatmap, and per-session cards with composition rings that jump straight into the session.
- A 3:7 two-column body: the insight column (the 2×2 KPI block over the heatmap) beside the session column (search, workspace chips, and the card grid) — folding to a single full-width column on narrow panes, with each column scrolling independently.
- Days are clickable: pinning a heat-map day filters the session list to that day (click again to release), so "what happened Tuesday" is one gesture.
- Data rides host-side projection folds plus a startup warm-up that cold-refolds every stored session's rows (the
contextActivitydaily ledger with its own projection unit), so long histories appear without opening sessions.
- The last user message on every session card. A labeled footer line ("Last message …") carrying the session's newest own message — one bounded line, full text on hover.
- The timeline projection's
stateVersionbumps (19 → 20) so stale cached rows refold, and the startup warm-up now covers thecontextTimelinerow too: every session shows its preview after the first post-upgrade start.

- Instant, informative heat-map tooltips. Cells tip through the harness's own Tooltip primitive (no more second-long native
titlelag): the date and the day's active-session count on two lines — the count is the exact set the day-click filter shows.
Changed
- Renamed to Context Insights (上下文洞察) — the sidebar entry and the panel title; the entry button now mirrors the harness Settings trigger's geometry in both column widths (a 42px labeled row, or a 36px icon circle on the collapsed rail).
- Card stat values right-align into a true figures column; overlay inputs keep focus across re-renders; archived sessions stay out of the list; the heat card hugs its grid.
