- Choose where the Context panel lives — the plugin's configuration card (Settings → Plugins → Context) now leads with an Entry Options preference: All (the default — both entries, exactly as before), Tab only, or Sidebar only (the right-Sidebar guide entry on dsh 0.1.5+). Flipping the choice is live: the dropped entry unmounts immediately and the kept one is never remounted, and the choice persists per user through the
dsh-contextsettings namespace. Closes #58. - Placement fails open to All — a config problem can never leave an entry hidden: a persisted value the plugin cannot understand degrades to All on read (only a genuinely absent field keeps the current state, so an older Host half stays safe), and a placement write that fails to persist no longer keeps its unpersisted echo in-session — unless the scope's truth itself carries a valid placement, the panel falls back to All.
