What's New

image
  • Added DNA mode in the Context browser — a title-row toggle redraws the composition bar as one band per context item: the system prompt, every tool schema, and every surface message, laid out in the order the model reads the context (the header prefix first, then the message flow chronologically). The strip reads as the context's fingerprint — watch a user turn land, an injection arrive, or a compaction strip the middle bands away.

    • Bands keep a filament minimum width (0.35% of the occupied region), so a 25-token user message in a 40k context stays visible and hoverable; tooltips always report the true token shares.
    • Hover a band for its name, time, and share of the context; click it to open the exact row in the breakdown below, scrolled into view.
    • The shared hover language is preserved: hovering a category elsewhere lights that category's bands as a group, and the browser's open category keeps its bands lit between hovers.
  • Open-category highlight on the composition bar — opening a category in the browser now keeps it lit in the composition bar itself (its segment in category mode, its bands in DNA mode), matching the Context trend chart's focus on the open category. A pointer hover overrides the pin and the pin resumes on leave; the pin drops automatically on steps where the category is absent.

  • Accurate trend-bar proportions, no visual drift — the Context trend chart's stacked bars no longer rescale every category by a per-request provider-anchor factor. That factor drifted with the heuristic's ratio error as the composition changed, so categories that never change — the system prompt, the tool schemas — plotted as steadily growing, and delta mode invented non-zero changes for them. Bars now plot the fold's raw figures directly, the same numbers shown everywhere else on the screen: constant categories stay flat, and proportions read accurately at a glance. Provider-reported usage remains visible in the step detail's Actual Prompt / Output / Cache chips.
