Loading refactor: faster, lighter context view — the context timeline is split into a slim wire head plus an on-demand detail channel. The counters paint immediately off the pushed head, and the heavy collections land through a dedicated read only when the view actually needs them — no more waiting on the full timeline for the first render.
- A failed detail read surfaces a retryable note instead of a stuck spinner.
- Cold sessions (viewed, never entered) now also serve their timeline detail correctly.

File Activity refactor: full-log coverage, folded host-side — the file-operation log is now folded by the host projection instead of the client joining the conversation. File Activity covers the entire session log, not just the loaded window.
- Searches now count the searched target itself alongside the matched files in the op log.

Fixed #50 — the chat shell's width-drag handles no longer leak into the context pane: the handles are hidden beside the scroller, not inside it.
