This release is a performance, memory, and network release: the context-composition data plane no longer ships full request-header content through every harness channel (#37).
- Network: header epochs are projected as metadata, content loads on demand —
session.listrows, reconnect baselines, and live pushes now carry a few KB of epoch metadata (seq/time boundaries, per-tool token prices, plugin attribution) instead of the full system prompt text and raw tool JSON schemas of every retained epoch. The Context browser renders sections from the metadata immediately and loads an epoch's content with one targeted history read the first time a section opens, cached per session. Measured with real projection definitions (3 epochs, 40 tool schemas, 19.2KB prompt): headers wire 174.4KB → 3.8KB per session (−97.8%),session.listprojections block 208.5KB → 37.9KB per row (−81.8%), extrapolated 50-session initial payload ~10.2MB → ~1.9MB; browser-side per-session projection memory drops by the same order (≈−98% for the headers share).- The initial payload no longer grows with sessions × epochs × prompt/schema size — the multiplier the issue reported is gone from every delivery channel.
- Lazy content costs one 75.6KB history read per opened epoch, cached per session; fold/scan cost per committed event is unchanged.
- Disk & host memory: slimmer projection-cache writes — sessions folded by this build write a 36.8KB checkpoint document per write (−82% from 207.4KB) and retain 17.9KB per session in the host registry (−92% from 213KB); checkpoint CPU drops −90%.
stateVersionstays pinned at 1 with a v1-tolerant state schema and a normalizing view, so cached rows of existing sessions keep serving the moment the plugin upgrades — no cold session is ever orphaned — and their disk/heap footprint phases in as they go live. - CPU: lighter Context browser rendering — collapsed tool rows no longer pretty-print their raw schema JSON eagerly; stringification happens only while a row's JSON toggle is open (~76µs → ~1.4µs per tools section, 52×).
- Client refinements — the stats legend rows are two-tiered for clearer hierarchy and link to their donut slices on hover.
