- No more leftover tool-attribution hook after unload (#36) — the runtime attribution hook patched the global tools service's
registermethod but never restored it, so after the plugin was disabled, removed, or reloaded, every later tool registration on the host still ran through the dead hook's wrapper, which kept its closure alive and recorded into a map nothing read anymore. Unloading now peels every wrapper this plugin installed back to the true originalregister, leaving the global instance exactly as it was found.- Order-independent restore: if a newer hook incarnation re-wrapped the instance first, the stale disposer does nothing and the newer incarnation owns the cleanup — reload, disable, and remove all leave no residue
- Works across dsh 0.1.0-rc.7+, 0.1.1-rc.2+, and 0.1.2-alpha.2 (
