Who provides each tool — the Context browser's tool-schema rows carry a best-effort source tag for the registering plugin, recovered entirely without a harness change (3244ff2, by @Nwflower):
- mcp:<server> labels recovered from MCP-proxied tool names, a pinned first-party package map for shipped tools, and a live tools.register() hook (cordis internal/get reader slot, with a caller-package stack fallback for local-link installs) tagging third-party, agent-scoped, and dynamically named tools.
- Attribution priority: mcp:<server> → live record → pinned map; a post-boot registration is the truth even under a first-party-looking name.
- Tools already registered when the plugin mounts render a localized Unknown plugin tag explaining the boot-order gap; the hook peels prior wrappers on reload and the chip is themed with the brand badge tokens.

Filter every category, sort the tools — every Context browser category body now carries a text filter that scans exactly what its rows show: tool schemas match name/description/parameters/plugin; message rows match the preview and the tag chip (call breadcrumbs, call-argument summaries) — full bodies stay out of scope, they load on demand. Each filter box names its own searchable fields, and the tools category adds a size / name sort with size as the default. The filter is a lens on the open category: switching categories resets it, picking steps keeps it (d6cd02a, 093dd9f, 8a5f1e0).
