What's New

• File Activity now understands PTC / Code Mode — in sessions where run_code is the only top-level tool, the card no longer stays empty: every settled nested tools.read / write / edit / grep / glob sub-call inside a run_code program folds as its own file op, attributed to the nested tool and located on the parent's result, with the program's description shown as the "why" (cbbbfa5).
  • The Minimal preset's str_replace_editor is covered too: view folds as a read; create, str_replace, and insert fold as writes with their own line deltas.
  • Search ops resolve to the real matched files when the result's presentation meta carries them (hits count and include filters in the detail), falling back to the searched path/pattern when the meta is capped or malformed.
  • The nested-call walk is fully defensive: malformed sub-call blocks drop out, bounded by a depth cap plus a cycle guard. Closes #24.
• Resilient File Activity fold — gaps in the conversation join (aged-out or unparseable segments) no longer break the fold or blank the card; the session keeps working with the rows it can prove (b774136).
• Type-aware row icons — rows in File Activity show an icon that reflects the file's type, making mixed read/write lists easier to scan (1f10674).
• Hardened host folds — the projection folds stay total over unknown or untrusted session-log events (an event that fails the shape is dropped whole instead of stalling the session's projection feed), and the log-boundary block parsers are typed as unknown so hostile records can't slip through (6275ab0, bee4b88).
• Info card — the plugin's tagline in the settings info card now links to the repository (3ac8689).
